Challenges are associated with expansion of access to priority health care. What are these challenges and what evidence supports and/or refutes the efficacy of expanding the role of nurses in primary care settings?
High-quality care is a priority in the health care system, each nurse should make sure appropriate, efficient, and effective practice that must provide optimal care outcomes for the patient. many studies suggest that there is a structural component of the model, patient, nurse, and organization character that cause variable in age, patient medical diagnosis, condition, nurses education, experience, and organization character. professional resistance to expanding the nurse's role, an aging workforce, changes in an insurance policy, nurse turnover rates, demographic challenges, regulations, and cultural barriers make a major challenge to the expansion of access to priority health care.
