Suppose that contract for the sale of goods contains this clause: “Under no circumstances may any rights under this contract be assigned.” After the seller delivers goods to the buyer, may the seller assign the buyer’s unpaid account to a third party? Explain.
As their is a clause signed between the seller and the buyer that no rights will be assigned to anyone. So the seller cant assign the buyer's unpaid account to a third part because the contract was signed between the seller and the buyer so all reponsibilities are of buyer and seller. As their was no third party mentioned at the time of contract so their will be no entrance of the third party.
