Antioxidant supplements to our human body is usually considered as very healthy for our human body but when the antioxidant are take in mega suppliment then it can be problematic . These antioxidant will act to decrease the exercise benefits as well as a will increase our risk of certain type of cancers as well as birth defects in an individual . It is good to get antioxidant from our diet but if it is taken as mega supplement then risk for Cancer is high

Option b is the correct answer as when antioxidant when taken mega quantity can lead to cancer

Option c is wrong as nitrogen is not a cancer linked nutrient
