Think win/win. Create a scenario and select a specific relationship where you would like to develop a Win/win agreement. Try to put yourself in the other person’s place, and write down explicitly, how you think that person sees the solution. Then list from your own perspective, what results would constitute a win for you.

Ans: The scenario is a house owner called 'x' has a large garden attached to their house and they have a lot of grass growing in that garden. It costs a lot of money to cut and trim the grass every week and also costs a lot of money to rent or buy a lawnmower.
Now, there is a man rearing cattle - cows, buffalos, and horses and goats nearby in the neighbourhood called 'y'. This man needs to feed his animals and has to either go long distances to out of the town to the neighbouring meadows and forest to cut and collect grass every day as food or else has to purchase the grass from a supplier which costs a lot of money every day.
So, the house owner 'x' and the cattle owner 'y' meet each other one day and get talking and find out about each others hardships during the course of their discussion.
Both 'x' and 'y' agree to a mutually beneficial arrangement or rather a barter system, whereby 'y' will come and cut the grass on a regular basis in 'x's garden and all the grass 'y' cuts for free, 'y' can collect and take with him to feed his cattle and goats for free at his nearby farm.
This is a win-win agreement for both 'x' and 'y'; x' can get his garden cleared regularly and doesn't have to pay extra for the labour and tools, while 'y' gets food for his animals for free that too nearby and saves on both transportation costs and supplier costs.
This is a real-life example of a win-win agreement wherein both parties are happy and satisfied with the terms of agreement and the arrangements.
