1.) Create a New Project of any Name using MPP.
2.) Create New Task in that Project E.g. Here Discipline will go as Task.
3.) Create Sub-Task in the Parent Task. E.g. Here Activity will go as Sub-Task to Discipline.
4.) Put the Duration against each Task or Sub-Task defined here in Efforts.
5.) Save the file using .mpp extension.
6.) Now we can look over the Gantt Chart to know more about scheduling.
