Bow Tie Analysis is one of the most through risk management tool. The method is called Bow tie Analysis because it makes and use a Bow tie shape diagram. A bow tie gives a visual summary of all possible incident scenario that can exist around a possible hazard. Then the bow tie represent What safety measure the organization takes by identifying safety barriers. The bow tie then identifies the ways in which barriers can fail this factors called escalation factor. By observing the interaction between barriers and escalation one can see how the overall system weakness when barriers has escalation factor. A bow tie method can be done and drawn on a piece of paper. The elements of a bow tie method are 1- Hazard an activity that has harm 2- Top event When control over hazard is lost 3- Threat a possible cause for top event 4- Consequence unwanted event cause by top event 5- barriers measure taken to prevent event 6- Escalation factor condition that reduce the barriers.

Another risk assessment tool which is used by hospital is Clinical Risk Management it's aim is to improve the quality and safety of health care it's minimise the risk and harm to patients.

I could use Bow tie Analysis in my area of business it gives the detail analysis it will help in risk assessment and support business understanding of risk. I can do the continuity business planning by using Bow tie Analysis. All risk of the business can be portray on one single paper. it can help to identity the opportunity and threat of a business.

In all area a risk management analysis can be effective it helps to identity the risk and what ways which can be used to tackle this risk in any area it helps to show the opportunity and threat which can be faced in the future. Helps to take a decision by eliminating the Risk. It helps in identification and evaluating the risk .
