A.    List and describe the five needs types.  Support your answers with some examples

Suppose that you work as a Chief Marketing Officer of real estate division in local Omani corporation and you want to develop a new Strategic Marketing Plan.

There are five types of needs-

A. Psychological needs-these are the needs which will include the basic needs and the things which are vital for our survival.

Ex- Food, water, breathing

B. Security and Safety needs- these are the needed in order to secure and control your life and an individual want to achieve them in order to have independence regarding taking serious decision.

Ex-financial needs,

C. Social needs-these are the type of needs when emotional quotient of an individual drives his behaviour like love, family, social groups

D. Esteem needs-these are the needs which are driven by a sense of recognition and respect so and individual wants to be respected in his society.

Ex- personal worth, Recognition

E.Self Actualisation- self actualization is about using one's own capabilities to the maximum use and exploiting the the potential and not worrying about the opinions of others and focusing on disciplined course of action.
