Why what you do to eradicate the incidence of diabetes mellitus among the population? do you think that the government must do something to avoid the use of dietary damaging products such as high fructose syrup and super high carbohydrate ingredients?

Diabetes Mellitus(D.M)

It is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood suagar level over a prolonged period of time.

Incidence

In 2018, 34.2 million americans or 10.5% population has DM

Measures to eradicate DM among population.

1. Advise to Cut  sugar and refined carbohydrate from your diet.

2. Give awareness about the importance of exercise to prevent DM and to be healthy

3 . Advise to drink water frequently - it help to avoid beverage that are high in sugar,preservatives and others.

4 . Quit smoking(Researchers linking the soking and second hand smoking with diabetes.)

5. Recomment a very low carbohydrate diet.

6. Avoid sedentary behaviour.( An analysis shows that people who spend the highest amount of time in a day in sedentary behaviour had an increased risk of developing diabetes.

7. Encourage high fiber diet (studies shows that it helps to reduce blood sugar levels.)

8. Advised to minimize the intake of processed food.

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE GOVERNMENT

I believe that government can play a major role to diabetes among people.Through the following measures;

1.Resticting advertisement

2.Implementing high tax on sweets and high fat food products.

3. Communicate individuals about the risk and symptoms of diseases.

4. Promote healthy diet

5.Appointing dieticians in schools to assess the children,and to prepare good diet for them.

6.Ensure enough physical activities at school

7.conducting campigns.

CONCLUSION

Increasing incidence of diabetes among our popolation has become a major challenge.But through proper measures and actions and a coordinated efforts of each and every members of the society and the government ,we can tackle this problem.
