Answer. Getting older brings many changes in many aspects of life. Among them one such change is seen in sexual desires. With age the adaptations for sexual life involves different aspects of mental status, physical being, etc. Many issues accompany the growing age sexual desires like:-

. Chronic pains-- the medicines taken for prolonged pains interfere with sexual activities, like the intimacy between the couple.

. Arthritis -- joint pains make it difficult to make sexual contact. Medicines or exercises can help to treat arthritis along with rest, warm baths, etc.

. Dementia -- some people show increased sexual interest when they are under the influence of dementia, even without knowing the correct behaviour and also even without recognising their partners.

. Diabetes -- it is also the most affecting issue in one's life. Due to diabetes, males suffer from erectile dysfunction creating problems in sexual contacts. In women, it results in infections in lower body causing itching and irritation, thereby making it harder to have sexual contact with the partner.
