Impact of Current Trends in the health care feild:

1. Cost and transparency: As the health care expenses higher the demands of transparency also become higher. Transparency is required as nowadays people are more aware about treatment options, risk and cost. Being honest with patients builds trust and develops interpersonal relationship which make easier to provide quality care and patient safety.
2. Health care technology advancement: Robotic surgery, assisting in various therapy and deliverr direct patient care. Telemedicine helping people to consult their doctors or phicisian through phone and video calling patient be treated remotely through their computer, laptop or mobile phone. Make easy to make doctors appoinment without visiting hospitals. At the present scenario Robotic equipment and telemedicine is widely adopted.
3. Demand for skill nurses
4. Electronic medical record: Easy to assess.
5. Research and evidence based practice: Many diseases are treated and even eradicated and evidence based practice improves quality of care.

What does it take to be a great leader:

1. Focuses in integrity
2. Good Communication skill
3. Good decision making abilities
4. Influencer
5. Show empathy
6. Show respects
7. Provide safe and comfortable work environment

One characteristics that I belief every leader should possess is compassion.
