In our modern life science become a key to solve from all types of problem just like with the help of antibiotic we can understand the resistance power of a bacteria. Such as when an antibiotic is used on a bacteria there are three possible results: i) they will die

ii they will stagnate (not multiply)

iii) or they will multiply.

With the help of these 3 results, we can understand the tolerance level of a bacteria means in which antibiotics a bacteria will die or not. When bacteria are resistant to more than one antibiotic are known as multi-resistant organisms (MRO), which means they have a tremendous tolerance level. Generally when a bacteria can survive in an antibiotic proves the mutation of that bacteria for that reason they are alive with using antibiotics. From this research, we became know that there are some bacteria, which are naturally resistant to some antibiotics. For example, benzylpenicillin has very little effect on most organisms found in the human digestive system (gut).

The reason behind this is bacteria's increasing resistance :

i)Overuse of antibiotics, in this time doctors, prescribe antibiotics even in small diseases which tends to bacteria mutation .Use it properly where it needs

ii)Incomplete course is also the main thing , even after we become better from that disease , we need to complete the course
