Citing the 2nd amendment in the Military can be seen as cliché. In my selection, I would take the 2nd amendment as quite ambiguous. As per the 2nd amendment,” “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This statement in the 2nd amendment has a lot of controversial points and debate regarding the effective interpretation of this amendment.

On one hand, most of the individuals have the opinion that the phrasing of the amendment "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms" results in the creation of an individual constitutional right for citizens of the United States”

But till now there is not a single view, opinions, and reasoning among the citizens of the United States. In my view, I also support the 2nd amendment and have a strong belief in a national carry law. In my opinion, the solution of this issue is quite difficult to find as per the exact meaning of the 2nd amendment and how we should go about comprehending it.

While there are great benefits to a written constitution, there are also significant problems. The words and ideas in the Constitution must have relevance and meaning for generations and realities that are difficult to imagine. The evolution of technologies and new knowledge make this challenge even more complex. We only have to look at our U.S. Constitution to see where language has two forms of relevance: The first is what is specifically stated. This is the Constructionist point of view....
