Chosen a profession in the Financial Services industry and identify 2 ethical dilemma that you may likely to encounter in the profession

With reference to the above identified ethical dilemma, what actions would you take to resolve the issue?

I will be choosing a profession named investment banker and I will be performing the job of an equity analyst.

Two ethical dilemma I will be encountering are as follows-

A. Providing with target price for various companies using the equity analysis report and I will also have to visit the offices of these companies and required these informations personally. I can have to issue negative report even if the company is not performing accordingly so this will be even after talking to their management and knowing about them so it is very difficult decision.Issuance of positive report after getting negative analysis will be leading to a ethical dilemma.

B. Issuance of equity analysis report of the company which I am already holding in my equity portfolio so it will be leading to a conflict of interest and it is an ethical dilemma as well

I will be keeping my personal life and personal relationship separate from my personal life and professional relationship so I will be able to maintain a high standard of ethics and I will be providing my work efficiently and ethically.
