ANS: The Proto reniassance is an art it refers to the Pro renaissance period (1300-1400) in Italy, and the activities of the progressive painters as such as Giotto , who pioneered the new form of figurative "realism", which was fully developed by artist's during the era of Renaissance art proper.
(1) As the origins of Reniassance Art can be traced from Italy as in the late 13th and in early 14th centuries, During this is so called the "proto-renaissance period (1280 - 1400).As the Italian scholars and artists saw themselves as reawakening to the ideals and achievements of classical Roman Culture.
(2) The Proto Reniassance art as differs from others because it's is marked by the gradual shift from the abstract forms of the medieval period to the representational forms of the 15th century as they are not flat but suggest the mass and if they often occupy a realistic landscape, rather than stand against the gold background as some of the figures do in the art of the Middle ages.
(3) As it is same as the renaissance art is on medieval art and therefore the religious in subject matter and usually it sis reflected to the Church idea's about the nature of divinity and spiritually. The painting style that was popular in Italy before the the Renaissance is called the Italo- Byzantine styles.
(4) Renaissance Art, painting , sculpture , architecture , music and literature produced during the 14th , 15 th and 16th centuries in Europe as under the combined influences of an increased awareness of nature .Most if the artistic development of trecento Proto reniassance period had a direct effect on Early renaissance paintings . The proximaty of Rome and Church's influence on all aspects of the Indian Culture, meant that most art was religious art.
