I completely disagree with this statement. In my openion, both families and governmet have equal responsibility in terms of maintaining good health. In this essay I am going to explain the responsibilities of the governmet and the family in two different paragraphs.

Firstly, a country's overall growth and development defines the efficiency of its government. A good health care system is one of the most important things, that determines a countries growth. For that, a government should allocate a huge proportion of their total income every year to ensure quality health care. Moreover, government should take initiatives to provide regular health education classes to each and every section of society. In addition, government should take initiatives to find out and treat vulnerable goups in the society, who are easily prone to illnesses such as malnourished children, elderly people, pregnant women etc.

On the other hand, families are also equally responsible for the overall welfare of their members. For that, they can do frequent health check-ups, at least two times in a year. Similarly, everybody in the family should follow healthy lifestyle goals such as regular exercise, healthy eating habits etc.

To recapitulate, it is clear that a combind effort from both the government and the family is important for the creation of a healthy family.
