A.) The two tests for the selection process are (1) cognitive ability test, and (2) job knowledge or Aptitude test is essential and it brings quick and adequate results for the human resource team in the management. The tests are used to successfully complete the interview process. The cognitive ability tests are brain-based skill tests to check the person’s ability to how to learn things, remember things, problem-solving skills, and how much attention paying in the situation, rather than the actual book-based knowledge.
The cognitive abilities determine the quality of nursing in the hospital towards the patient, like how to communicate, support provide to daily activities and recognition of problems and treatments. B.) In choosing the right tests is crucial for the efficient and effective selection process in the hiring of nurses. The management has to identify the significant efforts of the applicant and choose the better options. The major reason for the above tests to identify the critical thinking ability, and cognitive capacity of the applicant, and the job-related knowledge if the applicant. The four types of interview questions are;
1) Closed-ended type question: The type of questions with expecting simple answers, informational and closed-end answers with specific answers.
2) Open-ended type question: These types of questions require thoughts and reveal more attitude and opinion based on the subject discussed.

3. If you are in emergency care if a patient is getting difficulty in breathing and how you handle the emergency situation?
4. If you identify a decreased employee morale, what steps you consider to improve the morale of the co-employee?
Based on the outside-the-box type question:

2. What’s the most important aspect of you that most people don’t understand about you?
3. If you could be given a superpower, what would you choose?
4. What’s the most difficult experience you have ever solved in your career?
D.) In the critical times to choose a pool of talented employees, the hospital management has to choose the video interview with a structured interview model to quickly determine the protocols and procedures effectively.
