- Start gradually & do warm up
- Wear proper workout attire, Eat a balanced diet & stay
hydrated.

- Wash hands. First, wash up with soap and water so to avoid
infection.
- Apply direct pressure for 5 to 10 minutes to stop any
bleeding.
- Put an antibiotic ointment on the wound. Cover the wound with
an adhesive bandage or other dressing that is airtight and
watertight.
For treating workout injury
- Rest the injury.
- Ice the injury to lessen swelling, bleeding, and
inflammation.
- Apply a compression bandage to minimize swelling.
- Elevate the injury, if possible, to reduce swelling.
