Solutions

Expert Solution

Three major types of documents needed are

1. Submit proof from the institution in which treatment will take place and arrangements have been made for treatment in that institution

Example : A letter or any treatment proof from treating physician who is affiliated with Canadian institution

2. Submit proof that satisfactory financial arrangements have been made for cost of treatment, follow up care and living expenses for the time spent in Canada

Example : Bank details or document showing third party cover the expenses, just like charity group

3. Submit proof of his temporary stay in Canada , or if he hold a CAQ ( Quebec acceptance certificate)because laws of that province require foreign nationals should hold that.

Another important point is that if applicant's medical condition is dangerous to public health and safety of Canadian citizens or His application will cause delay or waiting for treatment of Canadian permanent resident both these situations application will be rejected.
