Answer 1: Social factors are contributing to post neonatal death or fatal and infant deaths as there are several factors which leads to increase in the fatal rate among neonates. Not only the social factors but various other factors influences mortality rate. Some of the social factors such as poverty which leads to reduce intake of proper food and nutrients at the time of the pregnancy. Women suffering from poverty are unable to consume better foods and medicines. This increases the chances of low birth weight, which further lead to increase risk of fatal result. The another social factor is the lack of education. Due to improper information, at the time of pregnancy women are not able to take care of themselves. Hence this result in to brith defects, respiratory illness etc. The complications in the pregnancy leads to more prone the neonates to die. Due to lack of proper healthcare facilities, neonates are unable to get proper care and treatment in some of the areas, this causes severe death rates.
