Further, the managers must possess these key success factors skills in order to be effective. These key success factors are as below:

a. People Management: Managing people is a very critical factor for ensuring success. The manager must be able to manage its people.

b. Marketing skill: The manager must possess the skill of marketing which includes customer relations, after sales service, achieving sales targets, etc.

c. Focus on strategy: The manager must ensure that his acts are in line with the strategies of the organization. The decisions taken by the manager must ensure success by achieving the strategies of organization.

d. Finance: The manager must ensure best utiliaztion of resources available including the assets of the organization, cash and others.

e. Operations: The manager must ensure that the operations of the team is effective and functioning properly. The operations should be well-managed in order to achieve best results.
