1. Requirement engineering is the collection of the requirements of the organisation, analysing them and documenting them. This definition makes it clear why is requirement engineering hard. Because, the client requirements may vary from time to time. Sometimes, it may be feasible, sometimes it may be not. It is difficult to get a complete and clear idea of these requirements thus.
