How can you develop a common donor for modified T-cells? Please be detailed in explaining the steps for this process.
Genetically modified T cells are engineered cells for therapeutic purpose to target lymphoma involves targetting and killing of their cancerous cousins. Chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) engineered for T cells redirected to specific antigenis widely used therapies for hematological malignancies. It renders long-term disease control and rapid onset of action along with antibody-based chimeric antigen receptors. CARs are manmade synthetic receptors which has the ability to target surface molecules in their native conformation and does not depend on neither MHC nor antigen processing but mediate via a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) derived from an antibody along wiht hte natural ligand.
