Ans: System evaluation.
Following are the four essential and integral components/elements of a project which increase the likelihood of the success of a project:
1. Common Project Vocabulary: To have a uniform and common project vocabulary is important so that each member of the project can communicate effectively.
2. Teamwork: Teamwork is important for the success of the project so that all systems and processes remain aligned towards the achievement of project objectives and there is a zero scope for the project ambiguity.
3. Project Cycle Plan: Project cycle plan is an important part of the project so that activities which are discrete can be organised by sequencing them into a proper step over a timeline with the help of Gantt charts, Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM).
4. Project Management: So that all the affairs of the project are properly managed and that each activity is carried in the same sense as was planned and if there are any deviations, they are checked and corrected.
