Answer: Training plays major role in improving the quality of work and performance. If we take an example of the healthcare organizations, where the use of the technology has probided platform for the healthcare professionals and employees to reduce the workload and improve the efficiency of the work. The implementation of the EHR systems ( electronic health records) system ahs reduces disparities. But this implementation requires training. The staff members need to get proper training for operating the system and using it. The training provides platforms to the employees to work more faster and easily. In the training process, the employees are guided and thenuse of the system and it's functioning are explained. The training makes employees familiar to the operation, functional abilities and hence increases the performance. Training the employees lead to increase the basic skills of the employees as well as it keeps updated the employees to participate in various activities.
