Impact of DNP in health care
After entering the DNP in the nursing practice, there is drastic changes occur in the patient quality care provided by the nurse in the health care setting. In this, the nurses who underwent these courses started providing care base on evidence-based practice and provided a high quality of care. This leads to an increase in the quality of the nursing profession at the highest level, provision of patient care with the use of scientific knowledge. It expands the scope of the nursing profession. After entry of DNP, the nurse who completes DNP prame can conduct diagnostic, screening and prescribing the medicine for the patient.

Differences between the DNP and PHD
Both are the doctorate degree course. The differences is that DNP focus on the advance in the nursing practices and PHD focus on conduct of research and providing many evidence base practice.
