Yes, the coronavirus is a political issue, & not just a health or biological issue. There is a relationship b/w the absence of commitment of United States towards the overall well-being of & the social disaster that we goes through during crisis. The major problem being the lack of testing for coronavirus, government seems to be in a mess dealing with the testing of the disease. The absence of COVID-19 testing makes it difficult to track spread of disease. If we can't measure the spread of the disease, it is unlikely that we can manage it effectively. It is simple to understand why testing is crucial, but why government is in a mess to make it reality?

The government already confirmed that it is facing worse issues to put its hands on the testing & government blamed the international scarcity of the necessary chemicals. But later, it was also suggested that in UK, there is no such scarcity of raw substances necessary to produce the reagents required for testing. Some suggests that the government just hasn't offered a request to the manufactures in United Kingdom to manufacture the additional quantities required. Thus, the lack of commitment of the government & absence of quality testing is becoming a political issue very quickly.
