The coming of globalisation,US workers lost their job, increased cultural diversity, the wage rate reduced of unskilled job and the demand for skilled workers reduced and Increasing the wage rate of the skilled workers, and reduced.These see the main challenges of US workers facing due to globalization.

The working conditions challenges affect the U S workers, the importing of labour's from rest of the world US workers demand reduced which is negatively affect their confidents and earnings. Diversity of culture increases make them more stressed and which create lot of changes in their working conditions and life. Companies bring labour's from all over the world with less cost than Americans which is affect their wage rate and standard of living more over which is causes to their job loss. Globalization create competition among workers and companies.Acceptability of Cultural diversity and communication is an additional skill is become an essential quality to get a job.
