Today the major global issue that international face is water degeneration, air pollution, soil erosion, keyto protocol, climate causes global warming , threat of bio diversity and ocean pollution.major crises today globally is fresh water .human vulnerable activities causes deforestation and increasing the amount of co2.therefore average temperature of earth is increase and also caused air pollution through mining, smoke of vichele .today ice is gradually melted in polar regin which may causes flood in a massive way.
These probalem are greatly interrelated.if air pollution take palce then global warming also another causes for it.fresh water will getting crises due to contamination or degradation of water and also due to ocean pollution.deforestation also causes loss of bio diversity and ecology imbalance.

International and state are considered very serious issue.the environmental problem make worried to every level globally.every citizenship should taken responsiblity for cooperation and save the earth from environmental degradation.youth is the most valuable resource for any nation.so youth should encourage to take major intiative through plantation of trees and protect earth.innovative thinlthi methodology also Necessary to tackle this problem.so extensively research should conducted to find out solution of environmental hazardous.
In international environmental cooperation major barrier is sovereiginity which means nno country can forced in participation for environmental cooperation. Lack of sustainablity among state and not still serious mentality to acept environmental issue, lack of motivation in change defective existing policy, lack of synthesis secientific attitude, as well lack of monitoring and enforcement regarding environmental cooperation.
