You will miss so many oppertunities beacuse of being s tuck in a rigid mindset or believe an argument that is weak because it affirms your mindset or outlook and stuck in feelings of frustruation. The mindset you need, then, is one of flexibility and not rigidity. You must be able to go with the flow of events without being disappointed by your expectations. this open-minded approach is a necessity if you want to be happy and experience rapid growth. othrwise you will lose happy in life and rigid mindset will slow your personal as wll as professional growth.

In logic, we often refer to the two broad methods of reasoning as the deductive and inductive approaches. dedective reasoning works from the more general to the more specific, inductive reasoning works the other way, moving from the specific observations to broader generalizations and theories. In some areas, it is necessary to accept that truth is subjective. Inductive reasoning involves drwaing conclusions from facts, using logic. we draw these kinds of conclusions all the time. if someone we know to have good literacy taste recommends a book, we may assume that means we will enjoy the book. induction can be strong or weak. if an inductive argument is strong, the truth of the premise would mean the conclusion is likely. if an inductive argument is weak, the logic connecting the premise and conclusion is incorrect. Deduction begins with a broad truth , such as the statement that all men are mortal. this is followed by the minor premise, a more specific statement , such as that Socrates is a men. A conclusion follows : Socrates is mortal. if the major premise is true and minor premise is true , the conclusion cannot be false. we decide whether a deductive statement is true by assessing the strength of the link between the premises and the conclusion.

The right mindset is the key to unlocking new and better oppertunities , experiencing longterm success and living up to your greatest potential.Every challenging situation you or i may ever face truely does have a silver lining attached strggle to it, even if we cant see it right away. the secret to seeing the benefit with in every struggle is to shift our mindset about the challenge we perceive that we are facing. our mindset is what dictates how we perceive these situations and how we react to them. The problem is that when you feel stuck or challenged , it can be easy to adopt a fixed mindset , which leads to expriencing feelings such as fear, worry, doubt, anger or resignation. this is perfectly natural, but in truth , moving away from a fixed mindset is the key to getting unstuck , moving on and unlocking new and better oppertunities for yourself and your life.

For an aptamer sensor speculate on what might cause a false positive, and what might cause a false negative. How could PCR be used to improve the sensitivity of the sensor? Suppose in place of gold nanoparticles, superparamagnetic nanoparticles were used instead; how might such a sensor work then? The this sensor is sensitive to K+ as well, but it’s not apparent from the schematics. How might this (a K+ indicator) be operative?

On a trip, you get stuck in slow traffic and have to drive 90.0 km at 30.0 km/hr. Then the traffic clears up, and you're able to drive another 90.0 km at 60.0 km/hr. a) Calculate your overall average speed for this 180.0 km trip. Check: it's not 45.0 km/hr! See the next question as well. Use the definition of average speed in physics. b) Prove that if you'd driven 180. km at 60.0 km/hr for the second leg, your...

Then the traffic clears up, and you're able to drive another 90.0 km at 60.0 km/hr. a) In the original description of the trip, why was your overall average speed lower than 45.0 km/hr, the mathematical average of 30.0 km/hr and 60.0 km/hr? b) Determine the speed at which you'd have to have driven the second 90.0 km so that your overall...
