Since smartphone are one thing that is available to every person whether he belongs to higher or lower community ,these heath releted apps are in access of under served community also .

Thus the health care provider can assure and provide full service to lower community by help of these apps as well as can monitor them also on regular basis .

The drawbacks are first that Person must have smartphone and knows how to operate it. He can also afford those services which are available to him .

Since I might not be able to monitor everyone physically ,I might keep an eye on my patients health by these apps thus I must recommend my patients to use these health related apps and devices if they can afford it .

I had used blood pressure , heart rate , daily calorie uptake count and footsteps count app to monitor my daily health .these apps provide me complete information of my heath as well as store it in memory which help in future references . When any measure become critical it also send message to my heath care provider who further contact me and do regular examination.

Yes I use smart watches to monitor my heart rate and blood pressure . They are very useful . They provide me every information I need to monitor my heath

The drawbacks are sometimes they are very costly and expensive for use ,they require proper handling .
