Project management is a complex and yet essential practice in the business world.project management, which is the process of overseeing an endavor that result in a service or change.

The first principle of project management is understanding your objectives. Determining what you intend to accomplish will help you develop your over-all project structure moving forward. After determining your objectives, you will need to develop project SMART goals. These goal needs to be smart ( specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely. This key concept of project management helps ensure everyone is on the same page and their is a clear focus and direction for your project.

Budget means expenditure. The budget will play a major role in over-all project scope. When you have your approved budget, you will have to carefully consider your project priorities and determine which aspects are essential and which can be reduced to reach your goal.

It's important to develop a comprehensive Callender and work estimate for your project depend upon you time. The fundamental principle of project management is essential to ensure you are not over commenting your team's to complete task in an unrealistic time frame that are vital to your project.

Defining milestone is an important principle you should consider. Milestone helps signify the completion of a specific portion of your project. Milestones can help increase steam morale by calling out team member achievements.

This project management principle is remaining flexible and ready to change your project management plan when something unexpected happens.
Principle 7 : accountability and responsibility
This principle of project management is important both for you as the project manager and each member of the team. One of the best way to be successful in this practice is through constant communication. Team members will need to communicate each other about what they need and when they need. They will also need to relay any information of feedback back to their teams.

Inorder to determine what went well and what's need improvement you and your team need to review your project after it completed.
