KFC workflow is something unique and maintains a well-structured framework. They have designed each and every department with the desired needs so that the customer satisfies their product. The services and quality structure are very efficiently handled by the organization. From supply chain to online order taking to final delivery each and every step is supervised by an operating manager so that it meets the high level of satisfaction.

The efficiency and effectiveness of the layout are completely satisfactory. The designed has been done by considering many factors and to bring the 100% effectiveness a lot of market research in some of the specific sectors has been done to make the working process of KFC extraordinary. The sectors are mainly the marketing and targeting the potential customers. As there are many brands who sell the same product like the KFC does. The approach has been made and the customer has been convinced by the quality and tremendous service which has helped the company to reach such a position.

The customer priority is first and they should be given the best preference while selling the product to mitigate any issue related to goods, services, qualities, and others. The layout has helped to reach the customer's issues and finally, the suggestions have been welcomed in the organization to restructure the layout for getting the benefits. The customers are the most targeted objective it is the responsibility of the KFC to look into every matter and sort out any problem. The layout is the regular follow up which is followed by the organization but to fix any changes or on customer demand, the layout should be constructed newly.

The safety is well maintained in the organization for the employees or staffs and for client or customers, all major safety measures are formulated separately in the organization layout. For the environmental purpose, no such harmful or organic methods are used in the manufacturing process which creates any harm to the customers. The ergonomics issues are also not possible in the organizations layouts as the layout is formulated by considering many factors, the design process has been made by doing a focused market research which will obstruct any issues and if such is found then it will be accepted and used to redesign the layout if it get feasible in all conditions.
