The healthy people 2020 health measures to rule out the health status are by using the measures like to rule out life expectancy of the child from birth ,ruling out for any disability .To prevent preventable diseases ,improve quality of life.

The nurse could be used in the community to support the health of this community risk members and the role of them are by

  • Creating awareness to parents
  • Screening the child for nutritional deficiency ,vaccinations, etc. ,
  • Inculcating activities in the child.
  • Administering vaccinations as per government order.

The challenges here can be

  • Lack of knowledge
  • Accessibilty and affordability issies in case of remote area
