In a company or organisation the shareholders or member can take
some actions on the representation of company is known as
derivative action.
It should take derivative action on statutory base or lawful or
legally base .this have an opportunity to against this action or
decision from other members .
According to corporation act it has a chance of opperatiin remedy
under the company law.But the same time it also provide freedom to
the shareholder to interference in the company's major
decision.
