Multispeciality group practices means one organisation ( may be hospital or nursing home or clinic) giving multiple care facility to the patient and for this reason the patient have not to go to other organisation. Usually these are strongly affiliated to a organisation like hospital. Here multiple numbers of physicians are present for particular speciality. All the health plans are available here for patient similar as like single speciality practice.

2. Answer:- Delivery of high quality and efficient service.

Medical homes is a model for providing primary care to the patient. Medical home model should be patient centred and easily accessible ,give quality medical support.
