AUTOMATION FIRST MINDSET

In simple words Automation First Mindset can be termed as prioritizing the use of robots. This will help in improving operational efficiency and provide productivity benefits to the organization. The success of automation depends on the way it is implemented. If properly implemented automation can increase pace of how things are done and increase the accuracy with which things are done. Robotic process automation in specific has a great potential in going in par with the day to day activities of the organizations. For example, instead of having traditions call center’s for handling customers, companies like uber are trying out automation in order to increase accuracy and pace. This can be considered as a classic example of Automation First Mindset.

Automation first doesn’t mean that the human resource is of no use. It helps in utilizing the human resource power in more useful areas and helps in enhancing their productivity in a more efficient and effective way. Thus, Automation can be found more fruitful when human resources and automation go hand in hand. As one of the fast-evolving technologies RPA, Automation first mindset can help organizations in having a better forecast about the future and to act proactively rather than being reactive to situations.

Thus, RPA can help business organizations and businesses to serve their customers faster than their competitors and have an edge over their rivals in the market.
