At-will doctrine is the employment law where the employers has the right to terminate the employees at any time and at any reason unless it is violating the wrongful termination of the workers. Similarly, the employees too has the right to leave a job whenever they want without giving any notice or reason to the employer. This leads to the reciprocity between the two people and relationship.
