1. Discrimination happens when there are various types of employment opportunities, earnings across the same types of skilled workers are employed in the field of the same job due to the race, gender, national origin, age beauty, and religion of workers. Different types of factors affect the labor market and laborers in the world, like immigration, discrimination, labor unions, unemployment and inequalities of income between the rich, and poor.
Demand and supply are a type of connection between the sellers and buyers used as an evaluation for the determination of price in the financial markets. Demand and supply forces interrelated price equilibrium between the sellers and buyers however the quantity of demand (QD) equals to the quantity of supply (QS).
2. Occupational segregation mean when people are from different types of social categories like gender, age, and ethnicity aggregation in various jobs, occupations, or places of work. The break-up of work between gender (men and women) are called the gender division. A few works are household, cooking is maximum for the women and other works related to outside from the household work are meant for the men. In society the basis of gender division is based on the division of work between women and men. Initially, women have been busy in work that is important but are not an economic productive like cooking, cleaning, take care of children’s and other household- related works. The work which is divided between men and women is according to their roles of gender is usually referred to as the ‘gender division of labor’ for example there is attentiveness of women in services and men in manufacturing.
