O * Type of directors Directors divided into two parts:- O Executive directors = Executive directors perform the operational ,planning and strategic function of business activities like entering into new contract, making planning for doing big level business activities. They are make the policy to achieve the business goal the main duties of directors to maximize their business profit. o Non-executive Directors = Non-executive directors give their opinion and advice on the pre-planned policy by executive directors. They give their opinion according to their skills, prudency, knowledge and experiences. They work as an expert of a corporation.
