4)Individual living with cystic fibrosis have significant challenges ,including with fat absoption,nutrient intake and appetite.Cystic fidrosis patient need to take wll balanced diet consisting of fat ,protien ,diary,fruits,eggs and vegetables.It is need to increase the quantity of each diet to ensure tht the body is able to adsorb enough nutients.Soluble nutrients ,calcium , calories are the some specific nutrients.Individual with cystic fibrosis require more energy to breathe normally ,fight lung infection and compensate for poor digestion.For these reasons they need more calories.

  • Need to take well balanced diet ,which includes protiens , vitamins ,calcium ,fiber and minerals
  • Should avoid diet with low fat , no fat.reduced calorie foods.
  • Eat more vegetables, diary products, fruits, nuts, fish ,protien contain meats.
  • choose the high protien diet or drinks
  • regular weight check up.
  • educate about the prevention and control from the infection ,that is wash hands frequently, maintain good healthy life style
  • Encourage to exercise regulary and drink lots of fluids.
  • Need to avoid fast foods
  • Make sure to consume and maintain 2500 calories to 3000 calories per day
  • Keep atleast 6 feet distance from other people to prevent the infection
