a) The demand fluctuation of the cinema complex is literally based on the movies that are realeased during that period and the show timings also plays a major role in the demand fluctuation . The management challenges of the cinema complex are they have to make a proper arrangements for the show and the timing of the show has to be made without any disturbance of the other movie theatres. The have to provide a proper break facility and also provide snacks for the customers.

a) The pattern of demand best to be described as predictable because if the movie is of a star hero then it has a huge respond over the people, if the movie is a cintent based one then also we can predict what sought demand is expected from the people .

a) There is a high degree of procedure consumer interaction in the cinema , which is a mixed blessings ; on the one hand , consumers are a source of entertaining capacity , but on the other the consumers role creates uncertainity for the managers about the process time , the entertainment level , and the facility's accommodation of a consumer's needs.

a) A Smoothed resource profile will be achieved by delaying some work. This will remove some flexibility from the schedule and its ability to deal with unavoidable delays, but the advantage is usually a more efficient and cost-effetive use of resource .
