They find it difficult to choose a place in their breaks where they can sit after a class or while waiting for their next class. Write a recommendation report to Dr Hamdan Al Manthari based on the problem given. Your report should have

A recommendation report

The problem i am addressing here is lack of places to sit or relax for students at Ibri college of technology. The students feel it very hard to find a resting place during their break time or when they are waiting for the next class.The problem may be because the college is less spacious and the available space occupied by class rooms and offices. The impact of this problem the college atmosphere will become very stressful for the students, lack of mental relaxation makes their studies difficult. The problem can be solved by arranging some relaxation facilities inside the college like cafeteria or canteen, an indoor game area will be helpful and a reading room other than the college library.

A cafeteria or canteen is a best take abreak option. This can help the students have a chat with a coffee during their break time.This will provide mental relaxation and energy to the students and they can use this area for group discussions in a relaxed mood.

Indoor game facilities are good option for games if the college is less spacious for the arrangement of outdoor facilities. The games are very good for an overall relaxation of the students. They can get rid of tensions and attend the classes in a relaxed mind.

A reading room is also a good stress break option especially for those who love books.The reading materials should include newspapers,magazines, novels, poetry books, short stories and comics. Reading can provide relaxation as well as knowledge. A book is always a good friend.

The problem we discussed is the lack of place to sit and relax for students at lbri college of technology. The proposed solutions are indoor facilities like cafeteria, indoor games and reading room.By implementing this we hope the problem will be resolved and students can study in a better relaxed environment.
