To

Mr. Sulieman Al Yazeedi,

Sales Manager,

Nizwa Logistics LLC,

Nizwa South, Nizwa,

Oman,

Subject: Late Delivery of goods, missing, damaged and wrong delivery - regarding.

Sir,

Referring to our order dated 28th April 2020, we had placed an order for 100 pieces of geometry boxes (Nataraj Brand), 10,000 pieces of Drawing Charts (HP Brand) and 2,000 sets of color sketches (Revland Brand). We were promised delivery of the aforesaid order in three working days. But we received the order of goods only on the 5th May 2020. This delay of 5 working days in delivery has affected our stock levels and corresponding sales which were expected to be met with the goods stated in the subject.

Further, there are discrepancies in the order placed and the goods that have been received. As mentioned earlier, we had placed an order for 100 pieces of geometry boxes but we have received only 75 pieces. Also, we had specifically placed an order for Revland Brand color sketches instead we have received Reyon Brand instead. Although we have received 10,000 pieces of drawing charts of the particular brand demanded, out of the aforesaid 100 pieces are damaged.

We deeply regret to inform you that we are not satisfied with the level of service provided by you. Also, we would greatly appreciate if you could deliver the 25 pieces of geometry box (Nataraj Brand), take back the Reyon Brand Color Sketches and deliver 2000 sets of Revland brand color sketches and also replace 100 pieces of damaged drawing charts with good quality drawing charts of HP Brand.

We would like to inform you that we are holding our right to sue you on the part of liquidated damages caused to our company.

We hope to hear from you in no distant time. You may also reach out the undersigned at the contact details mentioned below.

Thanks,

Abdullah Ali Al Maskari

Manager,
