d. Please cut-and-paste your APA style references that you used to complete this assignment.
Ans 1) Operant conditioning and organized behaviour - In schools or from childhood, a kid is praised for being organized his books, toys etc That praise is positive reinforcement which makes a child continue in being organized and same is carried out at work place - Organized helps in remembering things, focusing etc which helps a person in career growth.
Ans 2) Biological theory and social learning and aggression - It is often said that some races in the world have certain type of harmones which are more prone towards aggression. They can learn/ respond to aggressive behaviour quickly thank harmonious behaviour. Or let us take example of teenagers, wherein certain harmonal changes are developing due to which a teenager can become aggressive and can respond to a aggressive friend.
Ans 3) Psycholoanalytic - Classical conditioning and Smoking - Psychoanalytic process focuses on id ego and super ego or more on unconscious or subconscious mind. Addictions like smoking can be removed through classical conditioning. For eg: A person at work is new to smoking, is taken by collagues during tea time for smoking say around 4 p.m. In his unconscious if he thinks that those collagues are more successful or smart, he might want to be like them. If this habbit becomes regular then he can get helpless whenever it is 4 p.m even though his collagues are not there and can feel better when smokes and think that it is more of smart / successful person's sign,
