Translation is the process in which information present in nucleotide sequence is translate to aminoacid sequence.
Translation process is divided into 3 stages
1) Initiation
2)Elongation
3) Termination

It occurs in Termination stage where RF1 recongnize Stop codon UAG and bind at A site it contain GGQ motif which come near peptidyl transferase and activate it which cause break in polypeptide but it can't bind hence move out of riboeome through Psite.
