Explain the ethics challenges facing whistleblowers, and describe potential options available to whistleblowers in exposing corruption in government and private companies.
Whistleblowing as an act is a conflict between two fundamental element of ethics which are FAIRNESS and MORALITY.
Challenges for whistleblower will include that whistleblowers are employees of the company and they are generally associated with management of the company and they should be loyal to their employer and they should always be trying to serve them in the best possible manner but these whistleblowers are also the part of the society and they are also responsible for protection of the interest of the stakeholder to the organisation and hence they are responsible to manage the fairness of the company so they are working for the betterment of the organisation by elimination of the bad for good,and protection of the interest of the stakeholders of the organisation and increasing the value of your organisation in the long run and increasing the credibility of the organisation as well.
Whistleblower should be trying to expose corruption in the government and the private companies through disclosing the information in the public domain and they can also take the protection of responsible institutions and various unions which are working for the interest of the stakeholders in the organisation and they will be trying to protect the benefit of the people.
