1.yes, I believed that internet boost the efficiency and effectiveness of any business.

Reason- internet allows the business to work more efficiently by its fast communication between the customer and the business, internet allows business to maintain there accounts in proper way, in old days business used to hire a man to maintain the accounts but now internet give relaxation to the business by its function, accuracy,time etc.

Internet allows business to run it's various function smoothly which boost the efficiency and effectiveness of a business.

2.internet help in the four areas as specified by the ICDT framework are as follows-

(I).Internet will help in the area of communication through as we all know about social network.

(II).It will help in the area of various transactions through bank, internet banking etc.

(III). It will help in the area of distribution.

(IV). Internet will also help in the area of information to any company.
