on poor people in developing countries violates principles of justice. Why would they say this?

A lot of studies have shown that poor peole who faugt for their livelihood are a easy target for drug companies to put these people on the drug testing.It is noticed that there are many voluntary in this field.This is a very easy way to have people for testing drugs beacuse these people are lured by money which these companies offer.
These types of experiments is done in order to test the effective of drug before intoducing it into the market.Many a times the experiments are done on animals to test the side effect .But actual test is performed on people.This type of experiments are conducted in all over the world but the developing companies had found a easy way out for conducting such experiments.
It is the right of every single person to live life freely but these pharmaceutical companies hire these poor people for these economic benefit.They took there economic factors over and the moral factors,which is very wrong and unethical .In many poor countries like Ugnada these types of practices are very common.
