Here, I have been asked to develop an H&S orientation to provide employees with a basic level of H&S training to demonstrate first steps towards a safety climate. Here, I require several information to cover off, such information are as stated below:

• First, I should cover up various necessities of Health and safety awareness and knowledge in the workplace, I will also discuss about the role and responsibilities as required for H&S program and that should be followed in the workplace.
• I will describe about the specific tasks or work activities and risk associated with such work activities, that could explain why we basically require such training and what kind of learning we could receive from such training.
• I will cover up various duties to be performed in the critical time, for example: in case of fire set out situation, what kind of actions we will be taking, on such area, we should create practical training program.
• I will also cover up various legislative requirements and compliances are to be maintained and other legal information in such training program.

Following are the methods that I could use to deliver the training, these are as stated below:

• I could arrange class room training that could help students or learners to know about health and safety knowledge and ideas. They can improve their awareness level through such training method.
• I could create practical training program and on Job training program as to help learners to gain their experiences in the real job environment. Such method is highly recommended as to serve the safety needs in job environment, it could save many lives through proper actions/drives.
