You are the managing partner of Lewis, Clark and Smythe, a local insurance firm. You have received two complaints from clients concerning visible tattoos on the arms of our associates. Draft a 1 page memo to all employees of LCS in which you a) provide a context for the new policy, b) publish a new policy on concealing tattoos in the workplace, and c) persuade these workers that this is a good policy they should want to follow.
Answer to the question:
MEMO
To: All the Employees of Lewis, Clark and Smythe.

Subject: Policy on concealing Tattoos on workplace.
Message:
During the meetings held with our important clients yesterday and a day before yesterday, it was complained and brought into our notice by our clients that they had noticed visible tattoos on the arms of our associates attending the meetings. They were also not happy with the casual approach and behavior of our staff. This is highly unacceptable as this shows casual approach and indisciplined behavior by our associates in such important meetings.
In view of the above, from now onwards, all the associates are informed and directed to conceal the visible tattoos on their body while at workplace. Anybody found violating this order or if any incidence of demonstration of tattoo by any of our staff, will be viewed and dealt with seriously.
This policy is needed at our workplace as ours is highly decorated and prestigious organization with lots of clients across the globe. Such incidences bring bad reputation to our organization and does not create good impression among the minds of our clients. They will think of us as a casual and lethargic organization which doesn't care for their cleints but for their own hobbies. In order to bring glory to our organization in future and to maintain name and fame, such incidences must not occur in future.
